It is a rolling sliding bearing taking steel plate as matrix, sintered spherical bronze powder in the middle, and PTFE rolled on the surface.
Series Products including:
Cylindrical Bush, Flanged Bush, Thrust Washer and so on.
Can be manufactured to customer's requirements.
Application Features
1. Oil free or less oil lubricating, suitable for the condition that cannot or hard to oil. No need to maintain.
2. Good wear resistance, little friction coefficient, long service life.
3. Proper elastic-plastic to distribute the stress on a wider interface to guarantee the machine precision.
4. Similar static and dynamic friction coefficient to eliminate the crawling at low speed, to guarantee the machine precision.
5. Decrease the vibration and noise of the machine, prevent pollution and improve working condition.
6. Transfer film formed on operation to protect the shaft from getting stuck.
7. Low requirements for the hardness of mating shaft.
8. Thin wall structure, low weight, to reduce the machine size.
9. Various metals can be electro plated on the steel back, to prevent corrosion. It is widely used in sliding positions of various machines
